On Tap will be: =1= Bluegrass 2019 Vintage (8.4%) Bourbon Barrel-aged Sour Porter Deep Creek Brewing Co From our Wildwood range of Barrel Aged wild ferment beers, Bluegrass is named after Kentucky, the Bluegrass state, for the Kentucky Bourbon Barrels that it spent 14 months ageing in. Bronze medal NZ Beer Awards 2019 Primary ferment of 1.5 months on our mother culture. Beautifully smooth, with porter chocolate and coffee flavours, mixed with bourbon and vanilla from the barrel wood, soured, finishing dry and refreshing with the wild ferment yeast and funky flavour profile =2= Solera 2019 Vintage (6.7%) Lambic Deep Creek Brewing Co Solera is our yearly release of a tank aged Lambic style beer, untouched by wood. Named Solera for the process for aging alcohol by fractional blending. We pitch new wort on top of the mother culture, allowing it to grow in complexity and flavour. This 2019 vintage is a golden sour ale, aged for 15 months in tank, never actually touching wood. First vintage. Medal Winner NZ Beer Awards. =3= Grape On Grain (6.5%) New Zealand Farmhouse Style Chur Brewing Company Made for Winetopia 2019 (were Behemoth was representing Beertopia). Made in Collaboration with the Y2XK Collective co-fermented with their Organic sauvignon blanc juice . We used 2 French Saison Strains and Styrian Cradinal hops from Slovenia and Nelson Sauvin from NZ. Bone dry and delicious.
