Welcome to another new series of Fruit called the Pursuit of Fruitiness. We love using different fruits in beers and this time around we really want to focus on a different fruit and tell you about it. First up we used Plums. A selection of juice from the ripest plums around. Bringing a subtle but delicious flavour and balanced acidity to leave you wanting a little more.
