Who? Is this some buddy cop duo I don't know about? No, this is Paddy and Dan, our Brewers. Two very talented & very hard working brewers who brewed this beer for you. Blessed are the brewers,
because without them there is no beer! We have used Idaho 7 hops which bring tropical, juicy, stone fruit, supported by sticky, pine and subtle notes of black tea.
Combined with pineapple and pine of Simcoe hops.
