Han Solo brewer of the latest instalment of Hop Buddies, Churly here tells me you’re looking for a delicious Hazy IPA. (If it’s good hops). Good hops? Ever heard of Amarillo and Galaxy? (Should I have?). They’re the hops that made the Kessel run in less than 12 parsecs, with flavours and aromas of peaches and ripe pineapple. I've outdone imperial stouts, not the locally brewed ones, I'm talking about the big character stouts.
