Fiscally Irresponsible Use of Hops

This beer is for our Accountant Megan, Brewed on the first day of the Financial Year (1st April 2021). Megan puts in the hard yards making sure all our affairs are in order and the crazy amount of stocktaking and other madness that the year end brings! Brewer’s designing beers and accountants getting invoices for massive amounts of hops. The way it should be. So after a freaking crazy 2020 we decided to brew a beer for Megan. Big commercial beer is designed with accountants in mind. Not our one. She just loves hoppy beers. So we have to go fully crazy with a 40g/L dry hop (twice as much as we have done with any other hazy double IPA!) We have gone straight for the classics! Citra, Cryo Citra, Mosaic, Cryo Mosaic! Yep all the goodness. You are going to get a big thick, juicy body, loaded with massive tropical and citrus amazingness. Here is to the bean counters. We couldn’t do it without you!
